What is your cancellation policy?
Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park does not have a formal cancellation policy. If you made a reservation and now cannot make your trip, please give us a courtesy call to let us know you will not be joining us.

Kingsville is 33 miles southwest of Corpus Christi, 91 miles north of Harlingen, 101 miles east of Laredo, and 137 miles south of San Antonio
Do you have restrooms and showers?
Yes, there are male and female restrooms and showers located in the community laundry facility.
Do you have a pool?
No. There is no pool at Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes. We maintain a secured laundry facility with four washers and four dryers. The machines are coin-operated and also accept electronic, app-based payments.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome at Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park, in all places except the management office and laundry area. Dogs must be on a leash outdoors, unless they’re enclosed in a secure space. All pets must be registered with park management prior to your stay.
Are your sites large enough for slide outs?
Yes. Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park has sites of all sizes to accommodate different needs. Please contact us to discuss the size you require.
Do you provide full hookups?
Yes. Every site at Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park is equipped with water, sewer and electrical connections in addition to cable and internet.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park offers a long-term move-in special for guests who plan to stay six month or longer. Please contact us for details.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 10:00AM. Check-out time is 12:00PM.
Should I make a reservation in advance?
Yes. This is highly recommended in order to guarantee your spot. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss availability on your desired dates.
